Background

LUSH is one of the world’s most recognised, environmentally friendly bath and body product retailers. They produce creams, soaps, shampoos, shower gels, lotions, moisturisers, scrubs, masks and other cosmetics for the face, hair, and body using only vegetarian or vegan recipes with a strong anti-animal testing ethos.

Challenge

The store network of LUSH in Hong Kong and Macau was growing rapidly. LUSH was working with a logistics company which had a poor warehouse management system, therefore stock and real-time visibility levels were unsatisfactory.

Without real-time stock visibility and accurate order fulfilment for store replenishment, LUSH was having difficulties running smooth retail operations.

Solution

Following a detailed software integration, Royale was able to provide a superior, cloud-based inventory management solution that enabled LUSH to manage their retail process efficiently.

Royale’s fully integrated warehouse management system provides real-time stock level visibility, automated ordering systems for stores, automated reporting, unrivaled pick-accuracy and an efficient delivery network to stores; all housed under the Royale roof.

Alongside this, Royale also enabled the establishment of the so-called LUSH “Soap Kitchen” in which LUSH produces some of their items on-site in our warehouse; making us the best smelling 3PL in the city!
