Service Disruption in Hong Kong and Southern China
(31 August 2023 Thursday, 20:00 HKT)
Due to Super Typhoon Saola, the Hong Kong Observatory will raise the typhoon level to Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 early morning of 1st September (Friday). It is expected that the signal will remain or increase on Friday and potentially 2nd September (Saturday).
Please note the following implications on our business and services:
Hong Kong
- During Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or higher, local deliveries and collections in Hong Kong are suspended.
Shenzhen
- Warehouse storage, and inbound & outbound transactional services are suspended.
- Local deliveries and inbound collections are suspended.
- All cross-border activities from China to HK are suspended.
